80 to 100 Days. Introduced in 1888. An unusual melon that is 18 inches long, slinder fruits that look like an overgrown banana; smooth, creamy yellow skin. Flesh is salmon orange to orange in color, soft and juicy. Flavor is strongly sweet, like an over-ripe banana.
