27001 ~Coconut Fiber Bricks. Coconut Fiber is an excellent potting medium for starting seeds and potting plants. A by-product of the coconut harvest, coir fiver is a renewable resource. It holds 10 times its wight in water and does not shed water like peat moss. Simply soak with water for 10-20 minutes depending on the size of the brick.
